Delivery Methods

  1. Standard Delivery
    • Standard delivery is available for most products and is usually processed within 4 to10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  2. Collection from Store
    • Customers can choose to collect their orders directly from a designated furnbedding location or store, where applicable. You will be notified once the goods are ready for collection.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address, weight, and size of the goods.
  • Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout, and the customer will be notified of the total cost before completing the purchase.
  • Free delivery promotions may be offered from time to time for certain orders or during special campaigns, which will be clearly stated during checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation of the order and payment.

Delivery Restrictions

  1. Geographical Restrictions
    • We deliver to most locations across South Africa. However, there may be areas where delivery is restricted or unavailable due to logistical challenges.
    • If your address falls outside of our standard delivery zones, we will inform you at checkout or shortly after the order is placed.
  2. P.O. Box Addresses
    • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical delivery address when placing an order.

 

Failed Deliveries.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the customer may need to arrange a new delivery date, which could incur additional charges.

Delivery Inspection

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the goods for any damage or discrepancies immediately.
  • In the event of damage during transit, contact us immediately of delivery to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund, as per our Returns Policy.
  • Ensure that all parts and accessories are included as part of the delivery. Report any missing items immediately of delivery.

Delivery to Remote Areas

  • Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur an additional surcharge, and delivery times may be longer than usual. This will be communicated to you during the checkout process.

Delivery to your door

  • Delivery’s done to customer’s door delivery personnel will not be allowed to enter one’s home and setup products in bedrooms
